Want to be a global program leader who scales safety initiatives worldwide? Are you looking for a role with international impact and high visibility? We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to join as a Sr. Program Manager on the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Accountability team!
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership for expanding and creating safety programs internationally. We seek a leader who can navigate complex global requirements, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver results through cross-functional teams at massive scale. Having the ability to scale and adapt successful programs to regions while meeting regional requirements will be a key focus in this role. We are looking for someone who can own global program expansion, including research, design/localization, stakeholder alignment across regions, influencing partner team roadmaps, development of global KPIs, and overseeing excellent execution. You will be successful in this role if you can manage multiple competing regional priorities while delivering cohesive global solutions. You will need to be a proven program leader with strong analytical capabilities and communication skills.

• Prioritize initiatives across teams to deliver maximum impact, and align this prioritization across stakeholders

A day in the life
In this role, you will lead the global expansion of safety programs for Delivery Service Partners. You'll start your day connecting with international stakeholders to understand regional needs and constraints. You'll spend time analyzing data across regions to identify patterns and opportunities for standardization. You'll work closely with regional teams to adapt successful programs while preserving their core safety impact. You'll write documents that resonate with diverse audiences and present to senior leadership across multiple regions. Then, you'll develop region-specific business requirements, success metrics, and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple time zones.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading process improvements
- MBA
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Intermediate knowledge of either Python or SQL
