Job Title: Transportation & 3P Operations Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

As Transportation & 3P Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance, innovation, and reliability of our Transportation teams, working cross-functionally with teams across the entire Amazon business. Our transportation network is complex, but with your drive and dedication, we will achieve continuous improvement through our Carrier partners, Network design teams, improved demand planning & capacity management, volume allocation between air & ground, first mile scheduling, middle mile on-time performance, and last mile injection.

You will be accountable for handling challenging operational issues and planning for peak periods. Your responsibilities include reviewing performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly, conducting deep analysis of our network, understanding our metrics in detail, and implementing solutions that influence both short-term and long-term business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in stakeholder and program management
• Proven ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Previous experience in supply chain/logistics
