Job description

Sr. Program Manager, Fleet, Global Fleet & Products

The Global Fleet and Products organization is responsible for managing and growing the Amazon Last Mile Fleet. This team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to ensure world-class vehicle safety and 100% mission-capable vehicles for the Amazon Fleet, guiding strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology-related projects and programs.

Travel requirement: Up to 50%.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Lead the full life-cycle of complex cross-functional projects and programs with significant impact across multiple organizations.
  2. Work autonomously, understanding business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and leadership decisions.
  3. Measure and manage performance using daily metrics as a SME responsible for Delivery Station Fleets to ensure safety and mission readiness.
  4. Partner with Amazon Operations leaders, Delivery Service Partners (DSP), and program teams to achieve business goals.
  5. Engage Operations and DSP teams on standard work and best practices.
  6. Maintain accountability to Fleet standards through station presence, audits, and coaching.
  7. Coordinate with third-party companies to ensure top-tier service for the Amazon Fleet.

Travel or work within delivery stations in the region is required 5 days a week. The support will primarily be for the Lakes/MidWest regions and surrounding areas. The permanent worksite is located in the Ohio metro market; no location flexibility is available at this time.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
