The Executive Selling Partner Relations (ESPR) team addresses issues beyond the scope of Seller Support Associates' available tools. Our team excels in developing creative solutions to reduce seller pain points and foster trust. We collaborate across the Seller Services organization to ensure our sellers receive a world-class experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical, customer-focused Program Manager to leverage business intelligence and data analytics to improve our Selling Partners' experiences. You will support program operations within the global ESPR team, implementing mechanisms, standardizing processes, and scaling proven initiatives across regions and verticals. This high-impact role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders, requiring a self-driven individual with keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and curiosity to innovate and challenge the status quo. You will deep dive into data to accurately represent the Selling Partners' experience and collaborate with operations and technical teams to drive change.

This role offers the opportunity to influence data-driven change globally. Basic Qualifications
