Job Description

This international law firm is looking for a Programme Manager to join their Client Management team. The role will take ownership of the Business Development (BD) and marketing for their tech accelerator, targeting early-stage, IP-rich businesses such as technology and life science start-ups.

The role will focus on increasing the brand awareness of the programme, working closely with lead Partners. The Programme Manager will oversee all aspects of BD and marketing for the programme, with support from assistants in the BD team and trainees.

The Programme Manager will also act as the key point of contact for start-ups and participate in pitch meetings for new companies seeking to join the programme. This role presents a great opportunity for a marketing professional seeking a client-facing position.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Business planning and budgeting for the programme
  2. Managing programme membership and onboarding
  3. Internal and external communications
  4. Event management and networking in collaboration with other industry programmes
  5. Identifying partnership opportunities across Private Equity and Venture Capital

The role would suit a BD and Marketing / Client relationship professional with an interest and knowledge of the start-up lifecycle.

An understanding of private equity and funds would be advantageous, as well as experience with clients in the tech sector. This position could be suitable for an existing Manager seeking a new challenge or an ambitious Senior Executive looking to advance to the next level.
