Video Advertising is evolving rapidly as customers shift from traditional linear TV to streaming on connected devices, and Prime Video is a rising player in this space. The team operates in a dynamic, global environment focused on customer-centric innovation.

Prime Video is seeking a Product Marketing & Insights Manager/Advertising Insights Manager to join our growing team in Europe. This role is key in developing customer- and advertiser-led insights to inform Prime Video Ads' strategic positioning across EU markets. You will craft impactful narratives to support the Amazon Ads sales team with data-driven sales enablement materials, focusing on our premium slate of Originals, Library content, FAST channels, and more. This position requires close collaboration across Brand/Events/Content Marketing, PR, Product Management, Ad Sales, Operations, and Amazon MGM Studios. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, high-standard execution, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing. You will work independently to deliver high-quality outputs that significantly impact Amazon’s fast-growing business, blending analytical rigor, customer focus, and marketing creativity.

Key job responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Ad sales, GTM, and insights teams to define and execute insights supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with regional and global Prime Video Advertising marketing teams to define positioning and messaging.
  • Develop scalable processes for delivering insights and sales enablement materials related to Prime Video content and services.
  • Identify and validate third-party data sources, manage vendor partnerships, and develop scaled solutions for insights sharing.
  • Coordinate with global teams to build insights and communication plans for B2B events.
  • Create compelling content to demonstrate use cases and value propositions to customers.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and stay updated on industry innovations.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research on advertiser preferences and industry landscape.
  • Design consumer surveys to gather feedback on products and brand perception.
  • Monitor and measure advertiser satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create detailed profiles of target advertising customers.
  • Build measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI from sales and event activations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics for impact measurement and improvement.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and AI tools for automating insights.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support sales narratives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Knowledge of advertising technology ecosystems and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience analyzing EU consumer insights data (e.g., YouGov, GWI, Kantar).
  • Experience analyzing European TV/media measurement data (e.g., Nielsen, BARB, Médiamétrie, IBOPE).
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
