Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance
• Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Accurately detail production data and maintain records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to operate complex machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach

Environmental Conditions

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed. Laboratory setting, loud noises from equipment/machinery, some PPE required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs), standing for full shift, and exposure to strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products).

Work Schedule

Rotational Monday to Friday days.
