Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing of closed products: Work in a clean environment wearing appropriate PPE, overseeing the assembly of packaging components such as boxes, inserts, labels, ensuring products are packaged securely according to SOPs to prevent damage during transit.
  • Labelling: Ensure labels are printed accurately, verified through in-process testing, and correctly applied for product identification and regulatory compliance.
  • Quality Control: Implement measures to verify packaging standards, conduct inspections, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize laboratory equipment, calibrate instruments, and monitor calibration schedules.
  • Housekeeping and Supplies: Maintain laboratory cleanliness and manage consumable supplies.
  • Training: May be required to train others in specific operations.
  • Safety and Waste Management: Support and comply with safety protocols and hazardous waste management, ensuring safe work areas and proper use of safety equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to follow instructions, meet targets, and complete paperwork. Good manual dexterity and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing within a clean environment is preferred but not essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing duties and involvement in continuous improvement.
  • Qualified to Bachelor degree level in relevant life sciences or equivalent experience.
