As a Senior Media Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans that align with our marketing objectives. You will leverage your deep understanding of the media landscape, consumer behavior, and data analysis to craft highly effective and efficient media strategies.
Key job responsibilities
- Leverage deep understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign data to identify strategic media opportunities
- Develop and present optimized media plans for channel mix, audience targeting, and budget allocation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
- Conduct KPI analysis on attention, frequency, and reach modeling with media agency and partners
- Manage campaign media budgets efficiently and effectively
- Utilize Japanese-English bilingual skills to effectively communicate with global and local teams
- Stay informed of industry trends relevant to the business and competitors

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Proficient in both Japanese and English, written and verbal
- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
