Job description

Sr. Manager - Risk, Global Solutions and Risk Compliance

The candidate will be expected to manage multiple programs and drive improvements of varying complexity with minimal guidance. They will work closely with ORC Program teams and operations teams to create and execute a quality operations roadmap. Responsibilities include designing standardized workflows with mechanisms to sustain these across all ORC programs worldwide, defining quality metrics, monitoring trends, and driving corrective actions in partnership with program, operations, and legal teams.

The role involves writing business review documents (WBR/MBR/QBR, etc.) to facilitate effective stakeholder discussions, driving end-to-end strategic and tactical improvements by collaborating with Ops, Program, Tech, Data Analytics, and Legal stakeholders. The candidate will work with Program, Tech, and Legal teams to build better systems and increase efficiency, lead and guide teams to leverage data analyses for strategic interventions, and create mechanisms to reduce manual dependencies in handling large data sets.

Key responsibilities also include identifying, driving, and tracking strategic quality initiatives, building Quality management systems supporting all ORC Programs, and leading, coaching, and mentoring quality teams to meet performance objectives aligned with the company's Quality vision and mission.

The role requires building collaborative relationships with global quality teams, creating and executing a quality operations roadmap, and preparing regular program updates for senior management. The candidate will develop feedback strategies to maintain stakeholder engagement and contribute to building a rewards strategy that motivates achievement and process improvements.

Furthermore, the candidate will collaborate with operational, training, and Program teams to improve compliance processes, utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement, and lead process redesign efforts. Strong leadership, facilitation, and guidance skills are essential to motivate teams and meet the demands of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical (Math, Engineering, Science) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and a desire to develop advanced skills
  • 6+ years of leadership experience in cross-functional Quality/Process improvement or Risk management initiatives, with at least 4+ years post-MBA or equivalent
  • Understanding of key business operations and financial metrics
  • Ability to provide metrics for reporting and communicate KPIs effectively
  • Proven ability to lead systemic changes and assess situations effectively
  • Basic project management skills including requirements gathering, specification review, and cost/benefit analysis
  • Experience in data analysis and reducing manual data handling dependencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree (MBA)
  • Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and statutory compliance functions
  • Experience with large-scale technology systems
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills
