Sr Manager Project Controls

KBR is looking for a Project Controls Manager.

As a Project Controls Manager at KBR, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of the project baseline across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality for a development or delivery area of the KBR Programme. You will provide strategic insight and analysis of performance against the baseline, highlighting trends, risks, or opportunities to support decision-making. The role also involves coordinating and supporting controls governance and change management to ensure all impacts to the baseline are assessed and managed.

About The Role

1. Develop and maintain an integrated programme baseline across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality, and track performance for projects and contracts.
2. Create and maintain programme management control processes.
3. Develop and maintain data roll-up interfaces and standards from company contractor tools.
4. Manage and coordinate project controls activities within the supply chain to ensure accuracy and quality of cost, risk, and schedule information.
5. Analyze data and reports, providing insights and trends on performance and risks to support decision-making.
6. Manage the correlation of schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure timely programme delivery, including inputting cost data into systems.
7. Review supply chain programme submissions and update client schedules.
8. Manage risks for a development or delivery area, leveraging SME advice to respond to delays, issues, and challenges.
9. Coordinate and manage the change management process, assessing and managing impacts to the baseline.
10. Oversee the periodic reporting cycle, ensuring compliance and sharing best practices within the community.
11. Ensure adherence to Project Controls policies, processes, and standards.
12. Provide line management, performance management, and objective setting for direct reports.

• Major projects/programmes with multi-contractor oversight.
• Managing multi-discipline project controls teams.
• Experience in baseline maintenance, schedule management, cost performance, change, risk, and performance reporting.
• Managing key Project Controls systems (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Influencing governance forums with decision-making powers.
