We are seeking a dynamic Sr Manager, DX GenAI Platforms Operations to oversee the operational excellence of the Mars GenAI platform within our digital experience ecosystem. This role will ensure the platform's seamless performance, compliance, and scalability to meet evolving demands.

The Senior Manager will bridge AI innovations and enterprise service delivery by implementing robust LLMOps practices and ensuring governance alignment, championing operational excellence aligned with Mars' Responsible AI principles.

This role aims to enhance Generative AI deployment integration, maintain consistent AI performance, and enable AI-driven initiatives, empowering Mars to scale digital experiences with trust and agility. Join us in shaping the future of digital experiences where innovation meets responsibility.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years in enterprise technology, with 3–5 years in platform operations or service management
• Experience managing GenAI/ML platforms and LLM-based services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)
• Proven success in scaling MLOps or LLMOps in production
• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or ITIL
• Additional coursework or certifications in AI/ML, MLOps, or LLMOps are a plus
• Active participation in GenAI or platform operations communities encouraged
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI frameworks
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
• Leadership skills in cross-functional teams within complex ecosystems
• Familiarity with monitoring and telemetry tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement in high-availability environments
• Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on in a fast-paced setting
• Professional proficiency in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive service management excellence, overseeing the operations of our GenAI platforms to ensure scalability, value, and alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities include:

• Platform Operations & Reliability: Lead operations to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of GenAI services globally. Develop strategies to enhance platform resilience.
• LLMOps Implementation: Develop and operationalize LLMOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Service Management & Support: Establish and manage incident response, SLAs, change management, and continuous improvement processes.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, data privacy, and security policies through collaboration with governance bodies.
• Platform Roadmap: Translate strategic priorities into scalable, secure services, infrastructure, and automation initiatives.
• Cross-Segment Enablement: Partner with teams to enable AI solutions via reusable services, templates, SDKs, and APIs.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, implement proactive monitoring, and ensure platform health and cost transparency.
• Operational Readiness: Prepare for new features and models with runbooks, support, and change management.
• Incident Management: Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement for platform stability.
• AI Evangelism: Promote AI fluency, share best practices, and advocate for AI-driven transformation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business, governance, and technology teams to align initiatives and educate stakeholders.
• Technology Collaboration: Work with architecture, security, and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant AI infrastructure.
• Responsible AI & Compliance: Champion ethical AI practices, bias detection, and stay updated on regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets for GenAI initiatives, optimize resources, and track expenditures.
