Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sr Manager, DX GenAI Platforms Operations to lead the operational excellence of the Mars GenAI platform within our digital experience ecosystem. This role will ensure the platform's seamless performance, compliance, and scalability to meet diverse and evolving demands across segments.

The Senior Manager will bridge cutting-edge AI innovations with enterprise service delivery by implementing robust LLMOps practices and ensuring governance alignment, championing operational excellence aligned with Mars' Responsible AI principles.

This role will enhance Generative AI deployment integration, ensure consistent AI performance, and unlock AI-driven initiatives, empowering Mars to scale digital experiences with trust and agility, positioning us at the forefront of innovation.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years in enterprise technology, with 3-5 years in platform operations or service management
• Experience managing GenAI/ML platforms and LLM-based services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)
• Proven in scaling MLOps or LLMOps practices in production
• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or ITIL preferred
• Advanced AI/ML, MLOps, or LLMOps certifications are a plus
• Active participation in GenAI communities encouraged
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
• Leadership skills for cross-functional teams in complex ecosystems
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing SLAs, incident management, continuous improvement
• Strategic and hands-on in fast-paced environments
• Professional English proficiency

What will be your key responsibilities?

In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders to oversee GenAI platform operations, ensuring scalability, value, and alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include:

• Platform Operations & Reliability: Lead operations of the Mars AI eXperiences (MAX) Platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• LLMOps Implementation: Develop and operationalize LLMOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and performance tuning.
• Service Management & Support: Establish incident management, SLAs, change management, and continuous improvement processes.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, data privacy, and security policies.
• Platform Roadmap: Translate strategic priorities into scalable services, infrastructure, and automation.
• Cross-Segment Enablement: Enable AI solutions through reusable services, SDKs, APIs, fostering collaboration.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, implement monitoring frameworks for health, usage, and cost transparency.
• Operational Readiness: Prepare for new features and models, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Incident Management: Lead root cause analysis and resilience improvements.
• AI Evangelism: Promote AI best practices and success stories internally.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business, tech, and governance teams to align initiatives.
• Technology Collaboration: Work with architecture, security, and external AI providers to stay ahead of advancements.
• Responsible AI & Compliance: Ensure ethical AI practices, bias detection, and regulatory compliance.
• Budget Oversight: Manage financial planning for GenAI initiatives, optimize resource use, and track expenditures.
