To manage the accounting and statutory compliance for MarTrust Group.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of accounts for MarTrust UK
- Responsible for Statutory compliances under Taxes, Company Law, Pensions, etc.
- Managing cashflow and compliance with capital adequacy rules.
- Revenue management and control in coordination with group AR team
- Maintain clean Balance sheet and UpToDate reconciliations and schedules
- Monthly report preparation, review and submission to reporting team.
- Handling finalization of accounts and Audit.
- MarTrust Group Consolidation
- Regular update of all book entries, supported with a back-office team.
- Monthly Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and daily bank recons.
- Preparation and signoff of monthly accounts for group reporting.
- Management of the Revenue ongoing control in partnership with a business controller.
- Oversee functions at back office
- Manage funding and cash flow in coordination with Head office.
- Oversee the accounting operations in foreign subsidiaries.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 10+ years' work experience in statutory compliances for Income Tax, VAT, Company Law, etc.
- Experience working in matrix org. with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in Fintech industry
- Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP
