Description

The Amazon Business Payments team supports Amazon's rapidly growing B2B business across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are a key enabler of Amazon Business's growth and global expansion, introducing innovative payment products such as invoice payment financing, a small business co-brand credit card, and a distinctive paying experience tailored for large enterprises and small businesses. We own the paying experience and the payment methods required to support every transaction on Amazon Business globally.

Our GTM team develops initiatives for EU5, orchestrates cross-functional alignment, and drives payment adoption. We serve as the voice of EU on payments and invoicing, working closely with product and tech teams to prioritize features and launch new offerings. We collaborate with Credit, FinOps, Business Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to promote product adoption.

Key job responsibilities

This Sr. Growth Lead will manage the portfolio (P&L) of our flagship invoicing payment product in EU5. Responsibilities include collaborating with business and finance stakeholders to develop strategies aimed at increasing the adoption of our invoicing solution across all customer segments. The role involves analyzing product performance, providing insights in weekly and monthly reviews, gathering customer feedback, and translating business needs into the product roadmap. The candidate should have experience operating at scale, managing dependencies across teams, and identifying new program opportunities to enhance customer experience. Strong stakeholder management and influence skills are essential. This role demands ownership, bias for action, innovation, simplicity, and customer obsession.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Ownership of program strategy, delivery, and results communication to leadership
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
