Sr.FinOps Analyst - Payroll, Global Employee Receivables Management

Amazon is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic candidate to join the fast-paced world of Payroll operations. We are not an average retailer, and this is definitely not your average payroll position reporting through Amazon Finance Operations. We’re seeking exceptional individuals with outstanding communication, problem-solving skills, payroll process knowledge, payroll system expertise, and a passion for customer service.

Amazon seeks a Payroll Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in US Payroll within a large, customer-oriented corporate environment.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Process manual check/payslip calculations.
  2. Track, inform, follow up, and collect any open overpayments/receivables from active and terminated Amazon employees, and improve collection effectiveness.
  3. Handle employee queries related to overpayment and receivables.
  4. Work closely with Payroll Operations to enhance employee experience and improve collection processes.
  5. Collaborate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment to address employee queries effectively.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Over 2 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections), or general ledger.
