The Sales Operations Analyst is an integral member of the Sales team and is responsible for supporting our Field Sales & Channel business, helping administer the CRM system, providing user support and problem resolution for 75+ users, assisting in implementation processes (e.g., data import/export/updates, data migration, system customization, reports and dashboard creation in Salesforce and Power BI), and supporting the implementation of workflows and validation rules.

This individual will work cross-functionally to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and facilitate the adoption of platforms. Responsibilities include executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM & Power BI platforms.

You will help the sales team maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams, and KPIs. You will partner with sales managers and directors in forecasting, territory planning & management, and business review processes. Your role is to support the sales management team and recommend ways to improve productivity and scalability of the sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Pricing, FP&A, Order Management, Channel, IT, and Sales Operations teams.
  • Manage technical design and grooming activities pre-sprint.
  • Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design, ensuring implementations meet user requirements without degrading other processes.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, lightning flows, and email templates to optimize processes.
  • Promote modular design, reuse, and high cohesion in solutions.
  • Apply industry best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support change management and innovation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage schedules and timelines effectively.
  • Handle the Sales Operations Inbox and research stakeholder problems to develop solutions.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and security concerns.
  • Identify areas for process improvement using data and system analysis to impact revenue positively.
  • Lead projects, measure their impact, and adapt as needed.
  • Support territory and quota planning, capacity modeling, and reporting activities.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Train new sales personnel on SFDC and Power BI tools and processes.
  • Require at least 3 years of experience administering Salesforce and in Sales or Revenue Operations in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Advanced Admin certification, experience with Agile, JIRA, Confluence, Data Loader, DevOps tools, or SQL/SOQL/SOSL queries.
