• Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
• Help in preparing Income Statement, Cash Flow Summary, and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare and verify bills, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents
• Must be Familiar with ERP Software.
• Assist in preparing financial reports as required by the manager
• Check and verify purchase requisitions, bills, and payment vouchers
• Assist in salary sheet preparation, overtime, bonuses, and staff settlements
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Maintain inter-company transaction records
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments for payment and accounts-related matters
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist department heads when required
