Amazon Business Marketplace Account Manager

We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection across multiple devices, marketplaces, and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses, and large institutions, each with different needs than traditional Amazon customers. Responsibilities

Amazon is seeking a result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated Time Bound Account Manager based in Shenzhen. Your responsibility is to help China-based Amazon Marketplace sellers seize the new Amazon Business (B2B) opportunity, utilize Amazon's suite of products and services to drive new business growth, and maximize revenue. You should proactively identify business blockers or areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to enhance sellers’ experiences on Amazon. Your role involves prospecting, presenting, and closing high-potential merchants for our various services and programs.

You should have a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales goals and the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Creativity in approaching operational improvements and solutions is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and supporting team efforts. Ownership and initiative are crucial in this role.

Your excellent communication, organizational, and inside sales skills will enable you to succeed in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will be responsible for achieving business objectives. This role offers ample opportunities to develop innovative ideas and solutions in a competitive environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with existing Amazon sellers for the Amazon Business Marketplace, clearly communicating the value proposition of selling to business customers on Amazon, including features and functionalities.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue targets, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze business data, conduct deep dive analyses, and provide routine executive-level reports on seller performance and growth opportunities. Develop recommendations and action plans based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive change, remove obstacles, and close business deals.
  • Advocate for sellers and external stakeholders to influence product development and roadmaps.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles focusing on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in client or vendor-facing roles with an emphasis on relationship management and negotiation skills.
