We seek a sales manager with a proven record in building and leading effective sales teams across multiple countries. Passion for startups, innovative technology trends like GenAI, ML, and VR/AR is essential. Your clients aim to become unicorns and future enterprises in Generative AI and advanced ML, intersecting with sectors like Fintech, Healthcare, Mobility, and SaaS.

You should be an autonomous, hands-on leader with strategic thinking and a focus on team development and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing your own business, maintaining C-level relationships, and empowering your team to acquire startup customers through strategic engagement and scaling initiatives. The role reports to the General Manager of EMEA Startups and involves collaboration across various teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while embracing Amazon's Day 1 Culture.

Key job responsibilities
  • Foster a positive, diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through value creation.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption and grow market share.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual goals.
  • Identify, measure, and improve key KPIs for business health.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts.
  • Represent AWS at professional events.
