Job Description:

We seek a sales manager with proven leadership in building effective sales teams across multiple countries. The ideal candidate is passionate about startups, innovative technologies like GenAI, ML, VR/AR, and has experience working with startup clients aiming to become industry leaders in Generative AI, Fintech, Healthcare, Mobility, and SaaS.

You should be an autonomous, strategic, and proactive leader with a hands-on approach, capable of managing your business, maintaining C-level relationships, and empowering your team to acquire new startup customers. The role reports to the General Manager of EMEA Startups and involves collaboration with various teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing.

We value self-starters with excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing Amazon's Day 1 Culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a positive, diverse, and inclusive team culture
