Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a Service Engineer to service, maintain, repair and replace sprinkler pipework across multiple buildings in a regional Glasgow area. This represents a great entry or return to the sprinkler industry.

You will perform PPM and small works, test sprinkler pumps and conduct general service checks, with a requirement for a UK driving licence and relevant valve set experience.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing valve sets (wet, dry, alternate, deluge, pre-Action).
• Experience carrying out 5-point flow tests on sprinkler pumps and general service checks.
• Plumbing/piping knowledge and fault finding on sprinkler systems.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence for regional coverage.
• Desirable: Sprinkler Installation Level 2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance, repairs and replacements of sprinkler pipework.
• PPM and small works projects across several buildings.
• Servicing all types of valve sets.
• Carrying out 5-point flow tests on fire pumps and general service checks.
