Responsibilities

As a Fitter or Advanced Fitter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of fire sprinkler systems to the highest standards. You’ll lead by example, mentoring and guiding improvers and fitters’ mates while fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.
Ensure strict compliance with RAMS, COSHH, and all relevant health and safety protocols.
Manage site materials, tools, and plant equipment effectively.
Read and interpret technical drawings accurately, complete all necessary site documentation, and support other departments to maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Represent the company professionally on-site and ensure inductions are completed before each project begins.
Report issues to the Labour or Project Manager, and order materials through the correct channels.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay aligned with company standards and expectations.

What You’ll Need

A valid UK driver’s license (1+ years experience)
Proven experience in fire sprinkler system installation.
Ability to lead, train, and support junior team members.
Strong understanding of site safety and documentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive, professional, and courteous attitude.

What We Offer

Hourly Rate: £15.00–£19.00 (based on experience)
Annual EOT Bonus – share in our success!
Overtime – enhanced daily rates
Annual Leave: 30 days to start (incl. bank holidays), increasing with service
