Job summary

Inspiresport, part of Destination Sport Group, is seeking enthusiastic Sports Tour Representatives for flexible, zero-hours work across the year. You will be the face of Inspiresport on tours, delivering exceptional on-ground support to schools and clubs.

Responsibilities include coordinating itineraries, travel logistics and resolving issues with a professional, customer-focused approach. DBS check is required prior to tours.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Calm, proactive approach to problem-solving and managing unexpected challenges.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
• Experience in customer service or tour operations is advantageous.

Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate depending on operational requirements, but opportunities for work will be available to work on a variety of trips and Tours throughout the year.

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Sports Tour Representatives to join our casual representative team. This is not a permanent position but an opportunity to become part of our pool of representatives who support tours throughout the year on an as-and-when-required basis.

Role Purpose

As a Sports Tour Representative, you'll be the face of Inspiresport whilst groups are on tour. You'll provide on-the-ground support to schools, clubs and tour leaders, helping to ensure every trip runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional experience.

Working closely with our Operations team, you'll be responsible for assisting groups throughout their journey, managing logistics, resolving issues and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for groups throughout their tour experience.
• Support the smooth delivery of tour itineraries, activities and scheduled events.
• Assist with travel, accommodation and general logistical arrangements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with teachers, coaches, students and suppliers.
• Resolve operational issues quickly, calmly and professionally.
• Represent the Inspiresport brand to the highest standard at all times.
• Provide detailed feedback and insights following each tour to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tours run smoothly and efficiently.
• A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving and managing unexpected challenges.
• Confidence to work independently and make decisions when required.
• A genuine passion for sport, travel and creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard office hours when needed.
• Previous experience in customer service, group travel, events, education, sports coaching, youth work or tour operations would be advantageous, but is not essential.
