Liverpool Chiropractic Clinic in Liverpool is seeking a versatile Sports Therapist / Clinical Support / Reception Team Member. The role blends patient care, clinical assessments and reception duties within a busy multidisciplinary clinic.

Join a friendly team focused on high clinical standards, training provided. 34 hours weekly with mixed shifts, including Saturday mornings; £14.50/hr base with potential commission on therapies.

Qualificações

• Qualification in Sports Therapy, Sports Massage or a relevant equivalent.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare environment preferred.
• Reception, administration or customer service experience helpful.

Location: Liverpool Chiropractic Clinic, Liverpool

Job Type: Permanent | 34 hours per week

Working Pattern: Mixed morning and afternoon shifts, including Saturday mornings (essential)

Liverpool Chiropractic Clinic is a busy, growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic providing chiropractic care, physiotherapy, sports therapy and rehabilitation services.

With hundreds of patient visits each week, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining high clinical standards and creating a positive, supportive working environment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and versatile individual to join our team in a unique role combining Sports Therapy, Clinical Support and Reception.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working with patients, supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of a busy healthcare clinic.

The position is divided into three main areas:

1. Sports Therapy

• Deliver sports massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists and other clinicians.
• Support patients with their treatment and recovery.
• Maintain excellent standards of patient care, professionalism and communication.

2. Clinical & Technical Support

• Perform digital postural photography and assessments.
• Carry out nervous system scanning using our specialist clinical technology.
• Upload patient scans, images and clinical information.
• Prepare patients for appointments and assist practitioners with patient flow.
• Support the smooth running of our busy clinical environment.

Full training will be provided for our clinical assessment systems and technology.

3. Reception & Front of House

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries.
• Book, amend and manage patient appointments.
• Assist with day-to-day reception duties.
• Provide front desk cover as required.

Please note:

This is a genuinely varied position. We are looking for someone who is equally happy treating patients, assisting with clinical assessments and supporting our reception team.

Who We're Looking For

• Qualification in Sports Therapy, Sports Massage or a relevant equivalent.
• Confident, friendly and professional communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology.
• A reliable, proactive and flexible approach.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues across different departments.
• Availability to work Saturday mornings.
• Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Reception, administration or customer service experience.
• Experience working in a busy, patient-facing environment.

Previous reception experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

• 34 hours per week.
• Combination of morning and afternoon shifts.
• Regular Saturday morning shifts are a mandatory part of the role.
• The full weekly rota will be discussed during recruitment.
