Zohorecruit is recruiting for a physiotherapist to join a medically-led wellness and performance clinic near Manchester Airport. You will manage your own MSK, post-operative and sports rehab caseload within a multidisciplinary team and have access to diagnostic tools and CPD support to grow beyond two years qualified.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification clinical experience across MSK, post-op and sports rehab.
• Evidence-based clinical reasoning and patient-centred approach.
• Interest in performance testing (VO2 max, strength diagnostics) and integrating with rehab.
• Experience in private practice or multi-disciplinary clinic setting.

Our client is a medically-led wellness andperformance clinic based near Manchester Airport, built around five pillars —Look, Move, Feel, Optimise and Elevate. They combine physiotherapy, sportstherapy, strength and conditioning, and performance/metabolic testing(including VO2 max and strength diagnostics) to deliver care that is premium,proactive and personal.

ROLE PURPOSE

Our client is growing the team and are lookingfor a full-time, employed Physiotherapist to join them. You'll hold your owncaseload across general MSK, post-operative and sports rehabilitation, workingwithin a clinic that gives you the diagnostic tools, multi-disciplinary supportand CPD backing to do your best clinical work — and to keep developing wellbeyond your first two years qualified.

This is a long-term role for someone who wantsto build a career, not just fill a seat!

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, diagnose and treat a broad caseload ofmusculoskeletal, post-operative and sports-related conditions.
• Design and deliver individualisedrehabilitation and treatment programmes, adjusting plans based on patientprogress and, where relevant, objective performance data.
• Work alongside the strength & conditioningand sports therapy team to support patients through the full recover-to-performpathway.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records anddocumentation in line with HCPC standards and clinical governance and CQCrequirements.
• Build genuine relationships with patients thatreflect the premium, personal standard of care and support strong rebooking andretention.
• Contribute to the clinic's clinical reputation— for example through patient education, referrer relationships, or contentthat supports the MOVE pillar.
• Over time, develop working knowledge performancetesting services (VO2 max, strength diagnostics) and how they integrate withphysiotherapy caseloads.

PERSONSPECIFICATION

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and current HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification clinicalexperience, with a broad general caseload spanning MSK, post-surgical andsports-related presentations.
• Confident, evidence-based clinical reasoningand a genuinely patient-centred manner.
• Strong communication skills and comfortworking within a premium, private-clinic setting.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Sports therapy or sports rehabilitationexperience, particularly with active or athletic populations.
• An interest in the performance and strength& conditioning side of rehab — VO2 max, strength diagnostics, orreturn-to-performance testing — and a willingness to grow into this area.
• Membership of the Chartered Society ofPhysiotherapy (CSP).
• Experience in a private practice ormulti-disciplinary clinic environment.
