Job summary

Bond Recruitment is seeking a physiotherapist for a medically-led wellness and performance clinic near Manchester Airport. You will manage a personal caseload across MSK, post-operative and sports rehabilitation, with access to diagnostic tools, multidisciplinary support, and CPD backing to develop your clinical work beyond two years.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification clinical experience spanning MSK, post-operative and sports.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat a broad caseload of MSK, post-operative and sports-related conditions.
• Design and deliver individualised rehabilitation and treatment programmes with progress-based adjustments.
• Collaborate with strength & conditioning and sports therapy teams to support the full recover-to-perform pathway.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with HCPC and governance requirements.

Job description

Our client is a medically-led wellness and performance clinic based near Manchester Airport. They combine physiotherapy, sports therapy, strength and conditioning, and performance/metabolic testing (including VO2 max and strength diagnostics) to deliver care that is premium, proactive and personal.

ROLE PURPOSE

Our client is growing the team and are looking for a full-time, employed Physiotherapist to join them. You'll hold your own caseload across general MSK, post-operative and sports rehabilitation, working within a clinic that gives you the diagnostic tools, multi-disciplinary support and CPD backing to do your best clinical work — and to keep developing well beyond your first two years qualified.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a seat!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, diagnose and treat a broad caseload of musculoskeletal, post-operative and sports-related conditions.
• Design and deliver individualised rehabilitation and treatment programmes, adjusting plans based on patient progress and, where relevant, objective performance data.
• Work alongside the strength & conditioning and sports therapy team to support patients through the full recover-to-perform pathway.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and documentation in line with HCPC standards and clinical governance and CQC requirements.
• Build genuine relationships with patients that reflect the premium, personal standard of care and support strong rebooking and retention.
• Contribute to the clinic's clinical reputation — for example through patient education, referrer relationships, or content that supports the MOVE pillar.
• Over time, develop working knowledge performance testing services (VO2 max, strength diagnostics) and how they integrate with physiotherapy caseloads.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential:

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc) and current HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification clinical experience, with a broad general caseload spanning MSK, post-surgical and sports-related presentations.
• Confident, evidence-based clinical reasoning and a genuinely patient-centred manner.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working within a premium, private-clinic setting.
• Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

• Sports therapy or sports rehabilitation experience, particularly with active or athletic populations.
• Sports massage
• An interest in the performance and strength & conditioning side of rehab — VO2 max, strength diagnostics, or return-to-performance testing — and a willingness to grow into this area.
• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Experience in a private practice or multi-disciplinary clinic environment.

WHAT THEY OFFER
