Job Title: Qualified (or in training) Sports Teacher - Holiday Camps

Salary: £60 per day

Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate sports teachers to join our team and contribute to the success of our holiday camps. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, have a creative approach to sports education, and the ability to build strong relationships with young people.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging sports workshops and activities.
• Build positive relationships with children and young people, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Encourage active participation and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and ensure the safety and well-being of all children and young people in your care.
• Represent LMP Action positively and contribute to the organisation's presence in the community.

About you

Qualifications:
• PGCE (Or equivalent. Qualified or in training)
• Previous experience working with children and young people, particularly in a workshop or camp setting.
• Strong delivery skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing enriching opportunities for children.

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS check (Essential).
• First Aid certification (Preferred but not essential).
