Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking energetic Sports Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants across Primary, Secondary and SEND schools in Durham and surrounding areas. This role offers hands-on experience in educational settings, with opportunities to deliver small group interventions and support PE activities.

Ideal candidates are sports graduates or coaches with a passion for helping students, and a willingness to engage in safeguarding and training provided by Protocol Education.

Qualifications

• Sports graduates encouraged to apply and gain practical classroom experience.
• Other qualifications and training beyond the entry level may be required by schools.
• A passion for developing young people and supporting learning in diverse settings.
