Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND provision in Blyth. You will use your coaching experience to support pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH, helping them engage with active learning inside and outside the classroom.

The role focuses on mentoring, behaviour support and to promote emotional regulation while building positive relationships with pupils. This is a full-time, term-time position with the potential for permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sports Science degree or coaching experience.
• Experience working with children with SEND desirable.
• Enthusiastic about supporting learning through active, practical activities.
