University of Exeter Sports Office in Streatham Sports Park is seeking an Operations Assistant for a full-time, permanent role. Salary starts from £25,528 to £26,694 on Grade B, with a £2,142 pa shift allowance.

The role involves safe operation of three sites, lifeguarding where qualified, gym supervision, equipment setup/teardown, and maintaining cleanliness. First aid is essential; training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• First aid qualification is essential for the role.
• NPLQ and/or Level 2 Gym qualification desirable but not essential.
• Experience in similar environment and dealing with a varied cross-section of customers is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient, safe operation of three sites and high service standards across facilities.
• Lifeguard duties where qualified; set ups and take downs of equipment.
• Supervise gyms and maintain cleanliness across facilities.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements; proactive and detail-oriented.
