Aspire People are looking for a Sports Coach for a role in Oldham, Greater Manchester, within a primary school. The school is seeking an experienced sports coach to split their time equally between working with children in the classroom and delivering sports/PE sessions.

The school, based in Oldham, caters to students aged 5-11 and has a high percentage of children with SEND, mainly on the autism spectrum, with some displaying challenging behaviors. It is rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and boasts excellent on-site facilities.

The role involves working on a 1:1 and small group basis when not delivering PE, coaching students in various sports. The successful candidate will work with pupils who have additional needs and may exhibit challenging behaviors.

Requirements:

1. Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
2. Some experience working with children, ideally from a sports coaching background.
3. Confidence, hard work, and empathy are essential qualities.
