As a Sports Coach working as a Teaching Assistant, you'll use sport and physical activity to engage and motivate pupils while supporting them throughout their school day.

Previous Alternative Provision experience is beneficial but not essential. What's important is your ability to build positive relationships, remain calm and consistent, set clear boundaries and inspire young people.
