About the Role:

Excellence Sports Coaching (ESC) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Multisport Coaches to lead afterschool clubs at primary schools across London. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain experience working with children in a school sports setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver fun, inclusive multisport sessions to children aged 4–11

• Adapt activities to suit different abilities and age groups

• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment at all times

• Maintain professional communication with school staff and ESC management

• Arrive punctually and serve as a positive role model

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, mentoring, etc.)

• Passion for sport and child development

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Enhanced DBS required (ESC can support with application if needed)

• Availability during afterschool hours (3:00–5:00 pm)

• First Aid and Safeguarding training
