• Expérience dans le coaching ou le travail actif avec les jeunes.
• Antécédents en soutien comportemental ou en travail avec les enfants.

Job description

Sports Coach wanted to work as a teaching assistant within a primary school in Chepstow! Use all your coaching knowledge and put it into a classroom setting. There will be opportunities to continue your coaching during lunchtime and after-school clubs.

Full-Time (via Teaching Personnel), Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)

• Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in both classroom and outdoor settings.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, particularly in sports and physical education activities.

• Acting as a positive role model to pupils aged 8-16 with a range of complex behavioural challenges.

• Background in sports, coaching, or active youth work.
• Experience working with children or young people, especially in behaviour support roles.
• Strong communication, resilience, and a team-player attitude.
• Calm under pressure, patient, and able to build strong, respectful relationships with pupils.
