Job summary

King Edward VI Academy is seeking a dedicated sports enrichment coordinator to promote and deliver sporting opportunities across the school. You will work with local clubs and the Head of PE to develop partnerships, plan trust-wide competitions, and support talented pupils in elite sport.

This role involves reporting and showcasing activities through photos and video, with emphasis on cross-curricular opportunities. 37 hours per week, term time, 39 weeks per year, full-time, fixed-term.

Qualifications

• Passion for sport and willingness to organise and run programmes and events.
• Able to plan, organise and deliver successful programmes, events and initiatives.
• Keen to provide first-class opportunities to pupils and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Promote, deliver, report and organise enrichment opportunities.
• Build partnerships with local clubs and establish joint working.
• Plan and deliver Trust-wide competitions, initiatives and events; prep teams and run events.
• Identify and support talented individuals and shape pathways for sport excellence.
• Capture participation success in reporting, photos and video and share across the school.
