Hybrid – Central London (Monday & Friday WFH)

We’re working with a fantastic global exhibitions business that’s looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Energy portfolio. This is a high-growth area targeting international markets, and the role offers the chance to sell premium sponsorship packages for industry-leading events across the globe.

If you're a commercially driven sponsorship sales professional looking to step into a high-earning role with scope for travel and growth, this is a brilliant opportunity.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of selling tailored sponsorship solutions to senior stakeholders across the energy sector. Working across a portfolio of international events, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and growing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell high-value, consultative sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers globally
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their commercial goals and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, maximising client ROI and renewals
  • Attend international events and exhibitions, networking and securing deals on-site
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and content to align on campaign strategies and event delivery

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sponsorship sales, ideally within B2B events or exhibitions
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, consultative deals
  • Experience selling into international markets and dealing with senior-level stakeholders
  • Confident, polished communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable working towards ambitious revenue targets
  • Commercially astute, strategic thinker, and highly self-motivated

  • Salary up to £60k + uncapped commission (OTE Yr 1 c£40k)
