Job Description:

Our client, a leading B2B events company, is seeking a talented Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their team in Central London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, innovative business making an impact in the international exhibitions space. The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality events across various sectors, providing an environment conducive to growth and success.

The Role

As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Selling tailored sponsorship packages to new and existing clients
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Using a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless sponsorship delivery
  • Representing the company at international events

This position also offers international travel opportunities and a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure that rewards your success.

About You
  • Experience in sponsorship or exhibition sales is preferred; backgrounds in B2B or media sales are also considered
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts through relationship-building and a consultative approach
  • Understanding of solution-based selling
  • Knowledge of the events and exhibition industry is a plus
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
