Job summary

WPP Production is seeking an Account Executive to manage smaller sponsorship projects end to end, supporting the wider Account Management team on larger Rolex campaigns. You’ll track project data, coordinate with rights holders and creative teams, and ensure timely activation with precise documentation.

You’ll learn Rolex brand codes and maintain trackers, while communicating updates clearly to the manager and clients.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing information
• Clear written and verbal communication, confident sharing updates with your manager
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
• Experience in an agency, production, events or client services environment is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Own and run smaller sponsorship projects end to end, from brief through to final delivery, while supporting the wider Account Management team on larger campaigns for Rolex
• Maintain accurate up-to-date trackers, status reports and contact reports across your projects
• Partner with rights holders, creative, production and technology teams to coordinate assets, approvals and activation timing
• Own your project data and administrative outputs, checking details carefully so nothing is missed
• Prepare materials for client and internal meetings, and capture and circulate clear notes and actions
• Flag risks or delays to your Senior Account Director early, particularly around time sensitive, live or moment based activity
• Build knowledge of Rolex's brand codes, heritage and standards, and apply this to daily work
• Communicate clear notes and actions
