Position: Splunk Architect

Location: London, UK (Hybrid work)

Job Type: Contract Inside IR35

Client: Infosys

Contract duration: Long term 1 year

Interview mode: Virtual 2 rounds

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and management of observability frameworks and infrastructure, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and tracing with Splunk.
2. Oversee the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
3. Provide technical authority, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team.
4. Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and data engineering workflows for seamless data integration and analytics.
5. Manage and maintain containerization and virtualization solutions, leveraging tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
6. Collaborate with Treasury teams to ensure system reliability and scalability, especially within Wallstreet FX environments.
7. Drive incident response and conduct post-mortem analysis to improve system resilience.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in a lead DevOps role with a focus on observability and automation.
2. Extensive hands-on experience with Splunk and expertise in observability tools and frameworks.
3. Demonstrated experience with FX in Treasury environments.
4. Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure across major providers (AWS, Azure).
5. Advanced skills in containers and virtualization technologies.
