Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an energetic After School Club Activity Leader for Lowther Primary School in Richmond. This term-time contract offers split shifts: mornings and afternoons, totaling 15 hours per week, with the chance to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons.

You will lead engaging activities, supervise children aged 4–11, prepare snacks, and ensure safety and inclusion. DBS checks are required, and the role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids and wants a fun,

Qualifications

• Experience with children is preferred.
• Able to lead activities and manage a group.
• Reliable and energetic team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities such as multi-sports, arts & crafts, and group games.
• Set up engaging play spaces and keep areas safe and clean.
• Supervise children with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel welcome and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly approach.
• Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.
• Be a team player who can take the lead when needed.
