Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a groundworks and civils background to support one of our key clients in Glasgow.

Key requirements include proven groundworks and civils experience, SSSTS or SMSTS, SPEN authorisation, and strong IT/reporting skills. The role pays £300-£400 per day, with a 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, and long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven groundworks and civils experience is essential.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential.
• SPEN authorisation is required.
• Strong IT and reporting skills with good computer literacy.
• Substation experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing groundworks and civils projects on site
• Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and on time
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinating teams and subcontractors
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with clients and project stakeholders
