Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead network performance initiatives (quality, speed and cost).
• Partner with first and middle mile stakeholders and AMZL teams.
• Develop and deploy speed initiatives to improve customer experience and asset utilization.
• Communicate with senior leadership on performance, risks and mitigation activities.
