Job summary

Side is seeking a Production Assistant to support our Technical Production Managers across dialogue, speech technology and dataset projects, from casting and recording through to final delivery. Based in London, the role involves helping to ensure preparation is complete and assets are organised, while keeping schedules up to date.

Qualifications

• Interest in video games, story and character, and/or casting or performance arts.
• Interest in speech technology, voice and audio production, data collection or datasets.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication, clear presentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent yet collaborative team player.
• Previous experience in production support or coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Managers with speech technology and dataset projects, including participant coordination and project tracking.
• Prepare and organise recording assets such as scripts and session documents.
• Support tracking of QA, editing and final deliverables against client requirements.
• Assist with casting outreach to actors and agents.
• Help with self-tapes and editing casting clips.
• Schedule actors for auditions and recording sessions in studios.
• Liaise with agents and maintain relationships.
• Send clear communications to talent and directors for auditions and sessions.
• Prepare project documentation for talent, studio partners and directors.
• Update studio calendars with recording session information.
