Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Oakfield House School clinical team. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessments and interventions, working with students who may have developmental trauma, neurodiversity or SEMH needs.

You will manage a caseload with clinical supervision and contribute to staff training. The role supports a multidisciplinary approach within an education setting, with CPD opportunities and a welcome bonus on joining.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered, and registered with the RCSLT.
• Experience with individuals with complex communication profiles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to students.
• Hold a SLT caseload with supervision and support.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Collaborate with education teams to support student outcomes.
