Job summary

Enfield Council is expanding the Enfield Communication Advisory Support Service (ECASS) and seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join a multi-professional team. The role welcomes newly qualified and experienced therapists and offers Band 6 NHS salary aligned to experience.

Full clinical supervision and opportunities for professional development are provided, with work across Local Authority and NHS Health Partners in schools and SRPs/Units.

Qualifications

• Open to newly qualified speech and language therapists as well as experienced therapists.
• Band 6 NHS salary guided by experience.

Responsibilities

• Join the ECASS multi-professional team in schools and specialist settings.
• Provide SLT assessments and interventions in mainstream and SRP/units.
• Support identification of speech, language and communication needs and provide resources to parents and carers.
• Offer supervision and professional development in collaboration with Local Authority and NHS Health Partners.
