Reeson Education is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Ealing, West London. This full-time role supports children's speech and language development and helps learners build confidence in communication.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in school, nursery or SEN setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with speech, language and communication needs.
• Deliver targeted activities under guidance of teachers and, where applicable, speech and language therapists.
• Support pupils in developing vocabulary, listening, understanding and expressive communication.
• Encourage positive social interaction and help children build confidence when communicating with others.
• Assist teachers in adapting classroom activities to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Monitor pupils' progress and provide feedback to teachers and professionals.
• Collaborate with staff, parents and external professionals to support pupils' development.
