Job title: Speech and Language Therapist

Location: Hillingdon Manor School – Middlesex UB8 3HD

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Contract: Permanent, Term Time only. There may be scope for a full-time contract (52 weeks); please contact us to discuss.

Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE, DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus. The bonus is payable as one payment of £2,500 after one month and another of £2,500 after your final probation period. T&Cs apply.

About the role

Join our Clinical Team at Hillingdon Manor School as a Speech and Language Therapist. You will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils, working collaboratively with education colleagues to implement a holistic, therapeutic approach.

You will manage a Speech and Language Therapy caseload, contribute to staff training, and participate in consultation and reflective practice. This role is suitable for a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach who can make decisions and manage their workload effectively.
