Job Description

Cleveland House is a 32-bedded rehabilitation home providing multidisciplinary rehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries. We are seeking a highly specialised Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team alongside Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, medical, and nursing teams.

The candidate should have specialist clinical knowledge and experience in Adult Neuro-rehab. The post holder will assess and intervene to address complex communication, swallowing difficulties, and tracheostomy needs.

The team is friendly and committed to achieving the best outcomes for our patients.

Requirements

• Specialist skills and experience working with brain injuries, including physical, sensory, cognitive, emotional, and psychological difficulties (e.g., disorders of consciousness, acute and long-term tracheostomy, ventilated dependency).
