We’re currently looking to recruit a Speech and Language Therapist. The role involves contributing to and developing an integrated Speech and Language Therapy service for pupils at Aurora Eccles (secondary) and White House (primary) Schools. You will provide a dynamic Speech and Language Therapy service as part of a multi-disciplinary team, undertaking all clinical duties within the ethical framework of professional conduct. The role includes assessment, intervention, and providing advice, information, and training to parents, carers, and professionals in line with intervention plans.
Part of the Aurora Group, Aurora Eccles and White House Schools in Quidenham, Norwich, provide day placements for students aged 6 to 16 years, primarily with communication and interaction difficulties, specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, and some on the autistic spectrum or with anxieties that affect learning.
With small classes (typically 7 children and at least 3 staff per class), the focus is on individual needs. There is a full clinical team onsite to support you, along with experienced and stable SLT colleagues.
